Breeds

Breed information and guides on all key types of spaniel dogs (including small and medium sized). According the UK Kennel Club there are 12 types of spaniel breeds including Cocker Spaniel, Springer Spaniel, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, King Charles Spaniel, Clumber Spaniel, American Cocker Spaniel, American Water Spaniel, Field Spaniel, Sussex Spaniel, Welsh Springer, Irish Water and Boykin Spaniel.

Whilst confusing there are certain types of dogs that are named as spaniels but are not technically the same family as those above examples include Brittany (L’épagneul Breton to the French!) and Tibetan Spaniels.
